Oh, Jessica. This one is lovely. Thank you. :)
Your turn!
1) Do you like walks?
I love walking. A few years ago, i lived about four miles from the place I was working, and used to walk there and back each day. I don't think I'd ever felt so deeply at peace, or comfortable, or in touch with the world. I walk still (although nowhere near so much), only because of how profoundly happy it makes my body. I think I was made to lope slowly over plains--I am all legs and long limbs and walking is pure pleasure.
2) Do you enjoy dancing? (if yes, what kind?)
Yes, although I'm sure others might laugh to see what my version looks like. Outside from a few years of childhood ballet, and a bit of modern experimentation, I've got no formal training in dance and have no idea how to even differentiate between most styles. My version of dance is informed by authentic movement. I just unleash my body for a while and go along for the ride.
3) What's your favorite thing to do for exercise?
My favorite thing is the sweet fulfillment of mere movement--whatever movement calls me. It might be walking or running or hiking or swimming or clambering or skipping or swinging or dancing. I like just to move.
4) What activities do you like to do outdoors?
Aside from basking in the sun and dancing in puddles, I like walking (again) most of all.
5) How does the sunshine make you feel?
Whole.
Your turn!

;-)
oh siona. Look what I just found. pie was the spanish word of the day for the day you posted this friday five. :-)
pie, noun
foot
Feet are an important part of our anatomy, especially when it comes to walking, which is ir a pie:
Decidimos ir a pie al castillo
We decided to walk to the castle
And if you stand up, in peninsular Spanish the phrase is ponerse de pie (in Latin American Spanish it’s pararse):
Al verme, se puso de pie
When he saw me he stood up
Apart from referring to people’s feet, pie is also used in a similar way to English for things which are the foot of an inanimate object
Un vestido colgaba a los pies de la cama
There was a dress hanging at the foot of the bed
un pueblo al pie del monte
a village at the foot of the mountain

How wonderfully simple you are, Siona. :) You love walking.
1) Do you like walks?
Through the city or the forest. Places that stimulate me. I particularly like walking meditation.
2) Do you enjoy dancing? (if yes, what kind?)
Hmm… sometimes. I'm not big on it, nor talented at it. But my instructor says that Aikido technique is like choreography. I have also heard that learning to dance helps with Aikido technique and learning to use muscles more subtly. I would like to learn ballroom dancing because it is fun, but also because it could help me with Aikido. I tend not to invest myself in things on the basis of sheer enjoyment or physical exercise, not for any conscious reason, but just because of my natural tendencies. Therefore, it would be the help with Aikido that would get me to actually do it.
3) What's your favorite thing to do for exercise?
That would be Aikido, no doubt.
4) What activities do you like to do outdoors?
Read, write, meditate, travel, activism. I guess I'm actually not outdoors very much!
5) How does the sunshine make you feel?
I admit that I am a moody person. So it depends. I like my UV Ray Protective glasses.
