I spent yesterday at a training for hospice, which was wonderful but wearying. I'm compensating today; when I got up, I slathered my scalp and hair in coconut butter, and I am now sitting in a bathrobe drawing a bath in which to sit and eventually rinse it out on an otherwise very cold and grey Colorado day. The whole house smells delicious and my thirsty hair (and self, perhaps) has been needing a treatment like this for far, far too long.
And I think this afternoon I will vote.
